Jennifra Norton   Catham, Massachusetts
NMT, RYT

In 1999 Jennifra made a New Year resolution to attend 8 yoga classes in 8 weeks.  That was the start of a lasting love affair with the practice.  Since then she has studied extensively and diligently in the Iyengar & Kripalu traditions.

In 2006 she completed her 200 hour teacher training at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and has been teaching ever since. Jennifra is also a certified Yin yoga teacher as well as a traditional Thai massage therapist. With more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience and 23+ years of clinical experience as a neuromuscular therapist her teachings are based in safe alignment, precise & skillful movement and the development of discerning intelligence to realize your full potential.  In addition, her studies include Ayurveda, Buddhism, meditation, Okinawan karate and pranayama (yogic breath practices).  Any free time spent walking her dog, Chip, on her bike or on the water is considered time well spent.
