I discovered yoga 19 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and was experiencing a lot of back pain. It was life changing. I learned that yoga could also help relieve my tension headaches, support me through cancer, allow me time to focus on myself, and a way to give back.
After retiring from the Army Reserve in 2023, I felt that I no longer had a purpose and was missing a part of myself. After completing my 200hr YTT, I continued my education through yin, trauma informed/sensitive, veteran centric yoga & prenatal courses.
I believe yoga is for every body and strive to create an inclusive environment in my offerings. Along with group classes I also offer private sessions.
