Jennifer Duncan Holmes Beach
Jennifer fell in love with yoga from her first yoga class. The flow of movement with breath allowed her to connect with her body in a way she hadn’t experienced before. Over time Jennifer’s practice evolved as she began to experience inner alignment of heart, mind, and soul. This inner alignment is what guides her as a teacher. Jennifer believes yoga is for everybody AND every body.
Jennifer is a 500 RYT with further training/certifications in restorative, yoga nidra, trauma sensitive/informed yoga, and yin. Jennifer completed yin yoga trainings with Corina Benner and continued her studies with Bernie Clark and Diane Batts.
Jennifer loves how yin yoga balances out our yang lifestyle and provides the opportunity to practice mini meditations, to connect with the breath and to practice being at home in the body.
