Jennifer Crescenzo E-RYT 500    Melbourne

Jennifer has been at the forefront of Yin Yoga in Australia, teaching Melbourne’s first Yin classes and leading Yin Teacher Training in Australia and internationally. In addition, she facilitates Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour Teacher Trainings in Melbourne and is the co-creator/facilitator of Anatomy for Yoga teacher trainings. Since 2009 Jennifer has been mentored by Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley, completing his foundational courses and advanced studies in the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali. She has additional Yin training with Sarah Powers. Seeking greater understanding of the human form, Jennifer studies with leading fascia researcher and educator Tom Myers and dissected a human cadaver under the instruction of Gil Hedley.

Jennifer is a life-long athlete and loves movement in all forms, from the quiet stillness of Yin to the explosive power of weightlifting. Her classes combine fluid movements and still postures and she loves to find new ways to use props!
