JC De Leon

JC De Leon    Manila

JC De Leon was introduced to Yoga philosophy and principles by his mother at a very young age. He has since studied and practiced various forms of spiritual and healing modalities.

JC sincerely believes that if everyone practiced Yoga, the world would be an even better place so he founded Konscious Spirit Yoga to share the different paths of Yoga to various communities and sectors. He is also the Co-Director of Medicale Yoga Institute, which conducts teacher trainings of various styles. He teaches meditation and is but natural for him to lead kirtans with an equal passion, what with his love for music, more so entwined with the divine. He currently leads classes, workshops and team-buildings for various companies and institutions.

JC believes in balance and it is his passion and advocacy to share this with everyone.
