Jason Wurnig    Athens

Jason discovered asana practice in 2009 and completed his teacher training in 2013. Although his interests in yoga are eclectic, he has a deep appreciation for yin yoga and its benefits for the deeper tissues. His yin yoga background includes teacher training by Diana Batts and Bernie Clark, and a workshop with Sarah Powers. Having lived and traveled to places with population densities similar to New Mexico and Tibet, his practice is inspired by the wind, the moon, the sun, and the stars. He joyfully agrees with an assertion that when you gaze upon a mountain range, ancient trees, or the Milky Way on a crystal clear night, know that you are just as vast.
