Janine Tandy Cambridge
Janine has spent 17 years developing her personal practice and teachings through daily asana, pranayama and meditation. Janine’s philosophy emphasizes the fact that we all have different bodies, we hold our life experiences within the somatic container and that is addressed within the scope of her classes. There is no one pose for everyone, no one alignment.
Since 2007 Janine has expanded her yoga study and teaching to include the Yin Yoga level I and II with teaching certification with Sarah Powers, and is currently enrolled in Sarah’s Insight Yoga Institute on a 500 hrs program to deepen her practice with focus on depth psychology, yin yoga and Buddhist philosophy. She is also a licensed health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Combining yoga teaching and her wellness counseling, Janine founded NourishYourself in 2011, to offer a holistic and integrative approach to health and well-being.
