Jane Mallick Castlemaine
Jane teaches a gentle and beautiful style of yoga that is deeply nourishing and transformational. She has been practicing yoga for 35 years and teaching yoga for 7. Jane is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Tantra. Teaching yin yoga for 5 years, she has completed trainings with Tina Nance and Jennifer Crescenzo.
Jane currently offers classes and workshops in Central Victoria. She offers a series of nourishing ½-day yin yoga workshops that are aligned with seasons. These are currently offered throughout the year in the beautiful Goldfield’s town, Castlemaine, a lovely day trip out of Melbourne.
