Jane Gram    Olean

My weekly schedule of teaching includes one Yin yoga class, an evening Yin Yang class, and includes two Yang flow classes (one in which I teach only Yin one week a month).

My yoga journey has included Aśtanga practices; Iyengar training at the 200-hr. level; 500-level advanced trainings with Tias Little, David Lurey & Mirjam Wagner; my recent Yin Yoga certification from Bernie Clark; plus numerous conferences and workshops on meditation, MBSR, Yin yoga, anatomy, chanting, and yoga therapy.

So many gifted teachers have shared their knowledge and insights about the yin side of yoga, allowing me to create unique sequences for my students each week.
