I completed my 200 hour hatha yoga teacher training in December 2009 and have been teaching ever since; with a special interest in yin yoga. In 2011 I completed my 50 hour yin yoga teacher training with Bernie Clark at the Semperviva Yoga Studios in Vancouver. Since then, yin has been a big part of my life and my teachings. I have really embraced the yin energy of stillness, allowing and accepting, on the mat and off. In a high paced yang world, my passion is to inspire others to find stillness, peace and mindfulness through yin practices.
