I have been practicing yoga for several years and I love the pleasurable and therapeutic benefits of the practice. Especially yin. Mind, body and spirit unite to form an internal peace and calm. Desiring to share these benefits with those seeking relief from the stress and challenges of daily living lead me to become a yoga instructor. New to teaching, I have much to learn and offer. I use the asanas (poses) to get out of my busy head and into my body. The body is where the truth lives. The truth about ourselves and the truth about how we perceive and relate to the world around us. I am fortunate indeed to have found this art and practice. May we all find, peace, freedom, truth and connection.
