Jackie Quayle

Jackie Quayle     Widnes, Cheshire

Jackie is the founder of The Yoga Bank in Cheshire. She has a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma (500 hour), and a further 500 hours in vinyasa flow. After getting her certification with Erin Fleming in 2009, Jackie has been teaching yin regularly for 7 years, in workshops, weekly classes, and retreats, and also offers yin courses for those who wish to deepen their yin knowledge and practice.

Jackie has seen first-hand the effects that yin yoga has had on her students over the years, and is a huge advocate for this beautiful, quiet practice, encouraging people to try it at least once. She brings in to her yin an invitation to be still, to explore the body and minds’ edges, to open slowly and gently, offering quiet words of acceptance for ones self, and lots of wonderful props. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat.
