Jackie Paunil

Jackie Paunil    Casa Grande, AZ
Jackie teaches yoga to private clients through her Personal Health Coaching practice, Terra Medela, LLC, as well as at several public locations throughout Casa Grande, Arizona. Previously, she received her Master of Fine Arts studying the creative art making process of dance. She taught at Bowling Green State University in the College of Kinesiology offering courses varying from Biomechanics to Aesthetic Dance Criticism, focusing on both the quantitative and qualitative analysis of movement. Jackie shares a practice influenced by her 40+ years of teaching movement, the creative art making process, the importance of healthy nutritional choices and a connection to one’s environment. She guides her yoga students to discover their best yoga practice by developing and utilizing an internal interactive dialogue; perceiving, questioning and developing a clearer perspective of their status in order to make better choices for their yoga practice. Jackie is also a SCUBA diver, equestrian, and mom.
