I teach a mindful, relatively static style of Yin Yoga. I explore Taoist concepts in class- meridian theory and acupressure points – to help students feel more connected and in control of their energetic bodies.
My intent in Yin Yoga is to always turn the focus inward, and allow the student to listen for an invitation to adjust in a way that suits them that still allows for deep release and connection.
I am a Registered 500h E-RYT with YAECP, with 80 hours of Yin Yoga focused training. Yin teachers that I follow are Sarah Powers, Jennifer Raye, and Bernie Clark.
