Iris Schwarz   RYT500      Mainz and Wiesbaden

In 2012 I discovered Yin Yoga for the first time by Brian Kest´s LOW SLOW DEEP and  it became an important role of my own personal practice. The more I practice, the more I fell in love with the calm and deep way of Yin Yoga. In January 2013 I was pleased to obtain my Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Karo Wagner in Mainz.

I'm teaching Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in Wiesbaden with a focus of feeling deeply the poses, the connection to breathe and emotions and accompanied by dharma talk. As a yoga teacher I accompany the training of regenerating yoga and teach the meridian teaching.
