Inma Andres     Albacete

My yoga practice started over ten years ago as a self care practice during a very challenging time. My mat became a place to find calm as well as immense strength and resilience.

After many years of attending classes and yoga retreats around the world I decided to train as a yoga teacher to deepen my practice. I completed my first training with Yoga Quota in Oxford, UK. Later on I completed the Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts at Semperviva in Vancouver, Canada.

I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter what our ability. As a teacher I encourage students to listen to their bodies with more attention than they listen to me, to adjust whenever they need to. I am there to help them as much as possible, but they are the experts in their own selves.
