I love the "low and slow" approach to opening the body.  I enjoy making yoga accessible to people of all levels and ages.  I encourage people to go inside and listen to their bodies.  Yoga is like a moving mediation.  By focusing on our breath we can draw our thoughts inside and discover the inner landscape. With proper alignment, technique and breath work we can all create space and grow. The process of self discovery is life long.  I encourage students of yoga to honor where they are in the process.  My classes are all levels, beginners are welcome.  I give options to work at different levels and it is important that you do not try and compare yourself to those around you.  Listen to your body and you will stay injury free.
