Ines Mezni       Paris

I came across yoga in 2012 through meditation and mantras and was quickly drawn to the philosophy, values, and lifestyle that this practice offers.

A few years later, I discovered the asana practices and became interested in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. My desire to go further and understand what lies behind this discipline led me in 2018 to my first yoga teacher training with Clotilde Swartley. Since then, I have continued to deepen and refine my learning and teaching with plenty of incredible teachers : Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley, Patrick Frapeau…

Between functional anatomy, philosophy, and well-being, my approach adapts to each body and each human being.
