Ina “Sahaja” Sajovich Boulder, Colorado
Ina planted the seeds of her personal practice in the mid-nineties, while in high school in Austin, Texas. As a competitive athlete, she was naturally drawn to disciplined, tapas inspired practices of Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. In her early twenties, injury and the waves of life led her to dive deeper into the exploration of Kundalini, Yin, Viniyoga therapy, pranayama and meditation. A devoted student to the flow, and teaching since 2003, she is founder of Sahaja Vinyasa Yoga, and has practiced Vipassana meditation since 2008. She teaches in and around Boulder, CO where she is pursuing degrees in Religious Studies (Buddhism and Tantric Traditions) and Sanskrit at Naropa University.
