Howard has been involved in Yoga in one form or another for over four decades. In 2016 having taken early retirement and moved to the Spanish Costa Blanca he pursued certification as a Yoga Teacher.  With many hundreds of hours of certified Hatha Yoga practice and study he began teaching in 2019. In 2020 having discovered (re-discovered) Yin Yoga he was inspired to extend his studies and now includes regular Yin classes in his weekly schedule.   

He has completed numerous Yoga Alliance certified teacher training Courses which includes more than 200 hours of Certified Yin Yoga study. And continues to study and practice Yin and Taoist related philosophy and physiology, myofascial release and breathwork.
