Henry Procter       London

Henry’s first yoga experience was a hot yoga class 20 years ago in Brighton, UK. Walking home afterwards it was clear a lot had shifted and the yoga seed was then planted!

Henry primarily teaches yin yoga which he finds is the perfect counter to busy ‘always on’ modern life. His classes place equal emphasis on physical asana, awareness, breath, theory and philosophy. This creates a rounded and deeply relaxing experience.

Henry trained in traditional hatha yoga before completing yin training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts in Vancouver. He is grateful to all the teachers and students he has experienced yoga with.
