Starting my Yoga practise in 2000, I did my first TT in Barcelona (2007) in a dynamic Hatha Style. During my 5 years in Barcelona I started practising Yin Yoga with my dear friend Jose de Groot, finding peace in the troubled city in the long held postures. Coming back to Germany in spring 2010 I was surprised to find no Yin Yoga Classes at all being offered! So I decided to take off to California to take part in my first 100 hrs YYTT1 with Paul & Suzee. I am currently continuing the Grilleys’ 500 hrs Training. Whenever possible, I take trainings and workshops with other Yin Yoga teachers, attending courses with Sarah Powers, Josh Summers and Biff Mithoefer. I am happy and grateful to be able to help spreading the Yin Yoga practise in Germany through information I offer on my blog and through the classes I share. I offer regular Yin Yoga Classes, Workshops & Retreats in different Studios in Bavaria (South Germany) and Europe.
