I have been a yoga enthusiast for many years. Yoga has helped me manage anxiety and a debilitating back injury using different modalities as rehabilitation. I am certified to teach Modo Yoga 500 hours (Hatha), Modo Fit (strength based training) and Yin Yoga. My classes tend to challenge students to connect with themselves, moving within their own ranges of motion. Yoga is a large part of my daily routine and I also apply the teachings to all parts of my life. I will continually strive to make yoga accessible to all.
