Yoga taught me to love myself as I am, and then to take care of myself little by little.  It has helped me to fully regain control both physically and emotionally.  Today I use yoga, meditation and relaxation therapy to nourish myself and live differently, in harmony with who I really am.

I am not the traditional slender Yoga teacher, dancer or athlete from a young age.  It is in my young adult life that I really meet him on my travels. I am a sophrologist and meditator, which led me to find a practice that allowed me to work on the link between body and mind.  This is what I found in yin yoga.

I offer group Yin Yoga classes to focus on letting go and relaxation.  My style of Yoga is unique and inspired by my experience living abroad, my meetings, my training and my travels.
