I started teaching what I practiced – a powerful Vinyasa – over 12 years ago.  You could say I loved the Yang.  As I continued my Yoga education both my personal practice and appreciation for balance drew me to Yin Yoga.  I trained with Bernie Clark and still hear him say “We don’t use the body to get into the pose.  We use the pose to get into the body”.  That is my intention whenever I practice or teach Yin Yoga.

The inclusion of Yin into my practice had profound effects on my mind and body and I am honored to be able to share this balance with students either in person at a studio, or online.
