Hannah Rae

Hannah Rae     Bristol

Hannah Rae is the creator and instructor of Wild Heart Yoga Holistic Healing. She combines her knowledge as a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counselor and certified Yin Yoga Therapy instructor to offer a therapeutic, holistic approach to improving quality of life.

She provides free yoga classes weekly on YouTube and serves the Northeast Tennessee/ Southwest Virginia area with private, in-home Yin Yoga Therapy services. These services are a great adjunct to traditional talk therapy or trauma work, or for those simply looking to improve mobility, flexibility, alignment and reduce risk of injury.

Having been a collegiate runner who struggled with chronic injuries and depression, Hannah Rae is very passionate about educating others on the mind-body connection and the relationship between physical and mental health. Beyond helping others improve quality of life, she is also passionate about having a positive impact on the community by partnering with and giving back to nonprofits and organizations that aim to better our world and help those in need.
