I received my RYT200 from Soulful Yoga in Sandy Springs, Georgia. I teach Vinyasa based yoga with inspirations from many different schools of Yoga, influenced by my teachings under many of practitioners. I received my Yin Yoga instruction under the guidance of Sarah Alderson and Laura Clower at Soulful Yoga. Students in my class can expect anatomical, joint, and meridian focused instruction, made "comfy-cozy" through the reading of poetry, use of essential oils and hot stone massage, all in a warm, relaxed, candle-lit space It is my hope that through gentle guidance of the Yin Yoga asanas, my students can experience a deepened practice, both on and off the mat.
