Hannah-Marie Martin    Malta

Hannah began practising yoga and Buddhist meditation in 2000 as a means to introducing calm and balance into a hectic British lifestyle. After completing the Yoga Alliance certification programme, Hannah was drawn to studying Yin Yoga specifically, as a means of easing the joint stiffness experienced after a combination of long-distance running and long meditation sittings.

Hannah now practices and teaches yoga centred around the complementary principles of Yin Yoga and Vipassana meditation techniques. Hannah’s classes focus on encouraging balance, harmony and ease in lifestyles, and yoga classes are tailored in order to meet these aims. She hopes to raise awareness of Yin exercise principles, whilst making yoga accessible to all.
