 Hanna von Hafenbrädl    Bracebridge, Ontario

I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for my yoga practice, a mix of yin and yang styles. I find that my yin practice is what helps me most in my daily doings as it helps me stay present and curious. In my classes you can expect a deep and relaxing yin flow where I use mantra and the therapeutic sound of crystal bowls throughout the whole experience. I welcome you to join me in our programs in Muskoka, Ontario as well as  all over the world, check out my website below!
