Girish Venkataramani    Boston, Massachusetts

Girish stumbled across yin yoga in 2007 and found it to be a necessary and irresistible complement to his physical lifestyle. Since then, yin yoga has nurtured and balanced his growth in not just his yoga practice but also in life. He also has a deep interest in vipassana meditation and uses insight meditation as a tool to navigate yin yoga. Today, he teaches yin yoga as means to bring balance to one’s physical, emotional and mental well-being. He is very grateful to his primary teacher, Josh Summers.
