Georgie Bassford    Bath

Georgina Bassford has been teaching yoga since 2001 and has recently been drawn to the powerful quiet and stillness of yin yoga, training with Norman Blair in London. She has a deep interest in understanding modern myofascial anatomy (training with Gary Carter of Natural Bodies) and is a fan of demystifying yoga, empowering students to find their own inner voice to guide them, keeping the practice of asana yoga simple and clutter free with no movement being inherently good or bad. She believes that what’s important is that students develop minds and bodies that are responsive and resilient and allow them to live the life they choose!
