Freya Bennett-Overstall Brighton, Victoria
Freya has been practising various forms of yoga, mindfulness and meditation for many years. Her first experiences were as a child with a regular practice of yoga, dance and Tai Chi.
In 2013 due to a debilitating health challenge, Freya had to suddenly stop working as a Chiropractor. She increased her dedication to her daily formal meditation practice and also found Yin Yoga. She found both so valuable that she decided to train as a meditation & yoga teacher to be able to share the benefits with others.
Freya is currently a registered mindfulness, meditation & yoga teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia. She continues to learn, regularly train with others and attend retreats alongside her daily practice for professional and personal growth. She wholeheartedly recognises the value of mindfulness practices, meditation and yoga, and their positive & healing effects on our body, heart and mind.
