Felicia Graham Comisar    Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Felicia began practicing Yin Yoga in 2008 and found it to be a connection to her Self on a physical, emotional and mental level. Drawn to the balancing aspect of this practice to all the other activity in her life, she became certified to teach by studying with Corina Benner at Wake Up Yoga. In teaching yin for over 4 years she has come to love sharing this deep transformative practice with others. She is in awe of Yin Yoga’s ability to open us up on so many levels as the physical practice opens the shoulders, spine and hips. Her classes combine the long held deep shapes with the wisdom of her teachers and her own blend of joy and humor. Currently certified in teaching vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, Felicia share this practice with students at Wake Up Yoga and the Sporting Club at the Bellevue.
