Fanny Cheng    Hong Kong & Singapore
CYT500 and IAYT Certificated Yoga Therapist

Yoga Teacher & Therapist: Ms. Fanny Cheng has been practicing different kinds of yoga for the past 11 years, and the practice she loves the most and finds suitable for herself is yin yoga. She has completed Yin yoga teacher trainings with Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers. And in 2015/16, she completed a Certificate in Yoga Therapy CYT500 and Registered in IAYT as a Yoga Therapist. She finished prenatal & postnatal (RPYT) trainings, Ashtanga practice with Kino, Chair yoga, Kids Yoga (RCYT) and other styles. As a therapist and yoga teacher, she has been very grateful that she has a chance to share what she has learned with her patients and students. Today, most people have a stressful lifestyle: yin and yang yoga is a very good way to allow them to relax and release their stress, and have a healthy life.
