I teach Restorative, Yin, iRest/Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga at Yoga Yoga studios. I also have a Seva Senior Chair class at a community Center, I have taught over 9 years. I believe that yoga can be practiced at any age, and welcome students of all ages to my classes. I also provide Sound Healing sessions with Tibetan Singing Bowls. I have completed 500 Hours in both Hatha and Kundalini Teacher training and registered though Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching Yin Yoga for about 3 years with most of my training from Bernie Clark’s YinSights and The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga, also completed a training with Jenn Wooten, who has been teaching Yin for several years.
