Erin Sonn Arlington
Erin Sonn is a lifelong educator and mother of three who has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for over 15 years. She owns eat.YOGA.drink.®, which brings traditional mindful movement experiences to nontraditional spaces. Erin’s profound passion for cultivating mind-body connectivity is obvious, as she shares the practices in accessible and fun ways. Her yin teaching stresses (pun intended 🙂 present moment awareness with acceptance, curiosity, and compassion.
Erin completed the Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark and Diane Batts in November 2020. She loves to use yin not only to nourish the physical body as a complement to a yang lifestyle, but also as an approachable meditation experience.
