Erika Blakely RYT200    Calgary

Yoga has been a part of my life since I first stepped onto my mat in 2003. My personal practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. I completed my 200 hour Elemental Vinyasa Flow teacher training in Calgary, as well as a 50-hour intensive yin training with Bernie Clark in Vancouver. I will always be a student of the practice and am so deeply grateful for the loving wisdom each of my teachers have shared with me. In my classes you can expect a peaceful and gentle approach giving you the time necessary to really allow your body to melt into each pose. In today’s society I feel it is so important for people to be able to find a quiet and calm space where they can truly unwind and quiet that endless chatter of the mind. My hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
