Emma Churchill Kent
Emma has been practising yoga for over twenty years and qualified as a teacher in 2010 having trained with with Simon Low who specialises in Yin and Yang Yoga. In addition to this, she has completed Bernie Clark’s 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training and is currently training in Yoga Somatics with Charlotte Watts.
Emma has her own style of teaching with influences coming from – hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. She is also qualified to teach yoga to children and is a qualified primary school teacher who currently specialises in working with children that have a dyslexic brain type. Emma also teaches several Pilates classes a week.
