Emily May is a passionate and dedicated Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra teacher and certified Yoga Therapist based in Melbourne. She has studied with some of the words leading teachers to develop her knowledge and teaching of Yin Yoga to help her students connect with their bodies. She teaches from the heart with a focus on mindfulness, anatomy, meridians and energy (the chakras) to help her students let go of what no longer serves them. She also integrates sound into her many of her Yin classes to help her students to journey deeper within.
