I’m offering Yin yoga private classes in Nice and around. I’m trained with the Functional approach and the Taoist and meridians of Chinese Medicine approach (my teachers are Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier from With Yin Yoga). Everything is adjusted to the person.
I’m also trained as a Yoga teacher for endometriosis and I include a lot of yin in this practice. My approach is enthusiastic and respectful of the person.
I teach in French, English and Italian.
