Elizabeth Vitell     Chicago

Liz began her yoga journey several decades ago when she lived in South America. While in Chile, she had the amazing opportunity to take private hatha classes taught in the middle of a fragrant eucalyptus grove. After practicing different styles of yoga over the years, Liz discovered Baptiste yoga and experienced an immediate connection. She completed her Level One training and Art of Assisting in 2012 and Level Two in 2013.

In addition to her Baptiste training, Liz received a certification in children’s yoga from Global Family Yoga in 2014 and enjoys offering family yoga workshops. Liz also holds a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Children and completed a Yin Yoga teacher training in the spring of 2014. Liz is a practicing attorney, the mother of two grown children and the grandmother of three budding yogis
