I love Yoga! I have been a yoga practitioner for over thirty years and have recently trained in lovely Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga approaches. They have deepened my practice immeasurably, especially as I am well over fifty and my body soooooooo appreciates the gentleness and quietness of these two practices.
