Elisabeth Kaufmann Arboga, Sweden
Elisabeth Kaufmann has taught Yoga for thirteen years, including Yin Yoga for the last four years. She is a trained teacher in Power Yoga (2005) and Sivananda Yoga (2008) and has also completed Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings with Magdalena Mecweld (2014), Sarah Powers (2016) and Bernie Clark (2018). Her background as a senior high school teacher and several longer meditation retreats (both Vipassana and Zen) have influenced her teachings. Her greatest concern is to help students find presence in their bodies and minds. She teaches in her own studio Arboga Yin Yoga Academy and gives Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings at Yogahuset in Falun.
