Donna Lovelock Windlesham
Donna’s passion for health and wellbeing began decades ago. Her background consists of a Health & Human Science BSc from Durham University UK as well as a 200 YTT Yoga qualification. Donna is also a Seated Acupressure Chair Massage therapist. Her extra yoga trainings also include Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Donna likes to focus on deep relaxation through the mind-body connection. Donna teaches private, group and online yoga classes as well as hosting yoga retreats in the UK.
