Donna Helm-Yost    Phoenix, Arizona

Donna initially began practicing yoga and exploring Eastern Philosophy at the age of twelve. Her life path allowed her to return to the formal study of yoga in October of 2000, and she completed teacher training with At One Yoga in the spring of 2002. Donna has studied Yin yoga with both Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, and David Life and Sharon Gannon of Jivamukti Yoga influence her vinyasa teaching style.
