Yin Yoga got me hooked ever since I stepped into my first yin class! I did not know what to expect at all, the only thing I noticed was that my body and my mind were craving for this type of yoga. Yin yoga changed my style of teaching, my personal practise. After completing my 200 hours Hatha yoga at Yogabsolu and 40 hours of Airyogalates , I took my first 50 hours yin yoga training in 2014 with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts totally opened new perspectives and was definitely a huge enrichment. As Bernie says, “Yin is in”; I look forward to sharing this beautiful yoga style with everybody. Bring some yin into your daily lives and balance out some yang.
