Dominik Trznadel

Dominik Trznadel      Rzeszów

Dominik’s journey into yoga began through a deep passion for culture, philosophy, and mindfulness. In 2008, he embarked on his academic journey, studying Cultural Anthropology at the University of East London. His curiosity led him further east, immersing himself in Eastern Philosophy, Chinese Medicine, and the art of chi cultivation.

It was in China that Dominik discovered yin yoga, a practice that resonated deeply with his minimalist approach to life. He completed his first teacher training under the guidance of Jo Phee in Shanghai, where he found yin yoga to be the perfect practice for inner connection and meaningful engagement with others.

Dominik spent over seven years in China, fully dedicating himself to the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which now forms the core of his yin yoga practice. With a background in social anthropology, meditation, and extensive travel to over 30 countries, Dominik brings a rich tapestry of life experience to his teaching.
