I’m a long time practitioner of Yin and teacher of Yin (senior accredited) since 2009. I teach Yin in a way that its physical, mental and spiritual effects are optimized, but also in a way that leaves it open for the individual to come and receive what they personally need from the practice.
The classes I teach in a Yin yoga session encompass: Long, slowly paced, stretches, breathwork; Mindfulness in the posture; Themes which link the essence and roots of Yoga to our modern day lives; Soothing playlists and Wisdom readings.
Divya also teaches in East Sussex as well as globally.
