Diana Moore has been teaching yoga since 2014, with extensive training in Ashtanga, and has taught guided meditation and mindfulness techniques for over fifteen years. She has been a yoga practitioner for more than twenty years.  She provides individualized guidance for every student, keeping to the philosophy of teaching what is appropriate for the individual. She completed 50 hours of yin yoga training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts and is pleased to offer this healing practice at her studio. She combines yin yoga with guided meditations and inspirational stories to cultivate creativity and inspire practitioners.
