Diana Marie Estey    Mill Valley

Diana has been practicing yoga since the mid 90’s and teaching now for over 15 years. Her love of the mountains and spending long days skiing in Tahoe led her to the quiet practice of Yin Yoga. Having studied with the Yin masters over the past 7 years, Paul Grilley, Sara Powers, and Bernie Clark, Diana has established an extensive and distinguished Yin practice in the Bay area where she teaches privately and in the classroom setting. Diana also teaches monthly half day yoga retreats in Napa and Point Reyes and week long retreats in Baja and Vermont.

By combining creative sequences, poetry, coaching tidbits, and music, Diana creates an amazing container for her students to practice and connect to their center…. and by listening into that center receiving greater insight and vitality.
